Sermon Title: The King of Peace

Text: Luke 1:67-80

Focus: God’s reign through Christ is one of peace and justice. As the Scripture says, “By the tender mercy of our God, the dawn from on high will break upon us, to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.” God’s reign is coming and has come through Christ's life, death, and resurrection. God is guiding us all toward an ultimate peace. And we can glimpse and experience that right now.
