1st United Methodist Youth Calendar of events for Spring & Summer 2008

Activities may change or be added to this list.  Check website and weekly bulletins for updates.

Middle School students meet 6-7:30pm on Wednesdays.

High School students meet 6:30pm-8pm on Sundays just after Renewal worship service.

April

April 27-Mission Mexico briefing/lunch.  1-3 pm at Southern Hills UMC.

May
May 4-High School Graduate Recognition. Multipurpose Room. 10:00 am Breakfast, 11:00 am Worship.

May 4-Youth painting project.  Summit House on 12th and Summit.  12-5:00 pm and 7-9 pm.  Sign up for a shift!!

May 7-Middle School Youth Fellowship at Gigglebee's. 6:00 pm.

May 11-Teacher Appreciation.  10:00 am in the Multipurpose Room.

May 11-18-Youth Groups will assist with Neighborhood Clean Up.  Churches and ministry teams adopting city blocks for mowing, planting and helping neighbors.  Contact Dan at 521-9506.

May 18-Graduation Day.

May 19-Monday Matinee w/Lisa and Popsicle-Lemonade Ministry!

May 28-Day trip to Valley Fair.  Youth 6-12 and adults.  $45.  Sign up by May 4th.

June, July and August

June 3-Men's Golf.  Teams and volunteers needed.  Place and times TBA.

June 6-Thunder Road all night Church lock in!  $20.  Midnight to 6:00 am.

June 8-12-VBS to volunteer call Mary Jane at 336-3652.

June 12-22-Mission Mexico-Caravan 2008.
