It’s easy, just sign-in every time you use the Wellness Room. At the end of each month (March, April) a winner will be drawn. There’s an awesome new Elliptical Machine, as well as a bike, treadmill, cardio-glide and tapes/ guides for pilates, hand wt. use or dynabands. Check it out! (Must be HS age or older to win.) CPR/AED TRAINING . FREE Certification Class – this is for “newbie's” or people who have not been previously certified (DATES Needed…) . FREE Renewal/Re-Certification Class—this is for you 40 or so people who took the class 2 years ago and need to renew your certification (or anyone else needing to renew). (DATES Needed…) . We are really only a HEART SAFE Facility if we have people ready, willing and able to use our AED—Automatic External Defibrillator. Please attend one of these sessions so you feel comfortable in an emergency. We especially need Youth Leaders, Ushers, Choir members, and people who are in the church after office hours. |
